India is largest manufacturer of generic medicines: Mansukh Mandaviya

New Delhi, Oct 04 (ANI): Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on October 04 said that India is the largest manufacturer of generic medicines in the world. “We are largest manufacturers of generic medicines in the world. India is exporting generic medicines to over 150 countries. Amid this, role of NIPER (National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research) becomes crucial for our industries,” said Health Minister.
