New Delhi, Sep 03 (ANI): While addressing the Eastern Economic Forum, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 03 said that India and Russia India-Russia energy partnership can help bring stability to the global energy market. PM Modi also mentioned Petroleum Minister Hardeep Puri’s visit to Vladivostok city in Russia.
