New Delhi, Oct 21 (ANI): As India crossed one billion COVID vaccination coverage, NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar is hopeful that India will be able to inoculate entire eligible population by December end. “It's a big achievement. I am hopeful that we will be able to complete our target of vaccinating the entire population by December end. We are going on the right path under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership,” he added.
