India will emerge as major exporter in defence sector within 10-15 years: Rajnath Singh

Jalore (Rajasthan), Sept 09 (ANI): After Union Cabinet approved procurement of 56 transport aircraft for Rs 22,000 crore for Indian Air Force, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh called it a historic decision. Defence Minister also said that India will emerge as a major exporter in defence sector within 10-15 years. “For the first time, the private company will participate in manufacturing in the field of aviation sector,” said Rajnath Singh.
