India’s recovery rate increases to 98.07 pc

New Delhi, Oct 15 (ANI): India reported 16,862 new COVID-19 cases, 379 deaths in last 24 hours, said Union Health Ministry on October 15. With 19,391 recoveries in the last 24 hours, the total recoveries climbed to 3,33,82,100. The recovery rate has increased to 98.07 per cent. Currently, India has 2,03,678 active cases of COVID-19. In the ongoing COVID-19 vaccination drive, 97.14 crore vaccine doses have been administered to the eligible beneficiaries. Kerala reported 9,246 new cases and 96 deaths in last 24 hours.
