Jaipur (Rajasthan), Oct 12 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on the reported shortage of coal supply said that it is Central Government’s responsibility to assist States as they are “troubled.” “It is well-known that there is a shortage of coal supply and the States are troubled,” said CM Ashok Gehlot.
