ITBP personnel help locals cross raging river in Pithoragarh

Pithoragarh (Uttarakhand), Sep 02 (ANI): ITBP personnel of 14th battalion helped four locals to cross a raging river at an altitude of 12,000 feet in Milam village in Pithoragarh district. The four people were stranded in mountains for hours before they were brought to safety.
