‘Janta curfew’: Metro, bus services in UP to remain closed on Mar 22

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Mar 21 (ANI): Ahead of 'Janta curfew' called by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath on Saturday announced that all metro rail, state and city bus services in the state will be closed on March 22. He said, “We all must adhere to 'Janta curfew' called by the Prime Minister. All metro rail, state and city bus services in the state to remain closed tomorrow.” In his address to the nation on March 19, PM Modi had appealed to citizens to follow ‘Janta curfew’ on March 22 in a move to combat Novel Coronavirus pandemic.
