Jharkhand CM meets President Kovind

New Delhi, Jan 03 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on January 3 met President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan in the national capital. CM Soren was accompanied by his wife Kalpana Murmu Soren. The Jharkhand Chief Minister on behalf of the people of the state conveyed warmest wishes to the President for a happy and prosperous New Year 2020. CM Soren sworn-in as the 11th Chief Minister of Jharkhand on December 29 after JMM-Congress-RJD alliance won a comfortable majority by securing 47 seats in the 81-member House in the recent assembly elections.
