J&K Admin Council directed Finance Dept to advise state bank for recruitment: Rohit Kansal

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Feb 27 (ANI): Principal Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Planning Commission, Rohit Kansal informed that Administrative Council has directed to Finance Department to advise J&K Bank for recruitment. While addressing the press conference in Srinagar, Principal Secretary said, “Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Council has directed to Finance Department to advise J&K Bank to initiate a fresh, fair and transparent process for recruitment of 250 Probationary Officers and1200 banking associates through Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). Process to be completed within 3 months,” “Ongoing recruitment process for these posts stands scrapped. Bank is being advised to ensure that applicants eligible in the last recruitment process shall be eligible for the fresh recruitment,” Principal Secretary, Rohit Kansal further added. “J&K Administrative Council also reviewed state of proposed Global Investors Summit. As part of preparations, it approved policies for four sectors to help J-K attract investment in these sector. We have identified 14 sectors for investment,” said Rohit Kansal.
