Hyderabad, Mar 03 (ANI): Launching a scathing attack on AIMIM chief, Asaduddin Owaisi, Kompella Madhavi Latha, who has been fielded by the party from the Hyderabad seat for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, said on March 02 that the constituency was so neglected that there is widespread poverty and educational backwardness.
