Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Sep 30 (ANI); Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel expressed dissatisfaction on senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal’s statement on party’s leadership. “Kapil Sibal is our senior leader, his statement is unfortunate. After Rahul Gandhi's resignation, everyone decided to make Sonia Gandhi as working president. So putting such questions is ridiculous,” said Bhupesh Baghel.
