Karnataka Polls: PM Modi chairs CEC meeting at BJP headquarters in Delhi

New Delhi, Apr 09 (ANI): With the Karnataka Assembly elections scheduled to be held next month, Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party held its Central Election Committee meeting on April 9 at BJP headquarters in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived at party headquarters to attend the meeting. Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh were also in attendance. BJP National President JP Nadda, Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis also arrived to attend the meeting. Other prominent leaders including former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa reached to participate in the meeting. The meeting will finalise the names of the candidates for Karnataka Assembly elections.
