Lockdown 3.0: Air, rail, metro and bus services to remain shut, informs CM Kejriwal

New Delhi, May 03 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on May 3 informed that during the time of lockdown air, rail, metro and bus services will remain shut. During the time of lockdown, all the colleges, schools and educational institutions will also remain closed.
