Mann Ki Baat: PM Modi recommends book titled ‘India: The Mother of Democracy’

Kurukshetra (Haryana), New Delhi, January 29 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed 97th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on January 29. Just like other episodes of the program, PM Modi shared his thoughts on various topics with the people of India. During his address, PM Modi recommended a book titled ‘India: The Mother of Democracy’. Prepared and published by ICHR, the book is an attempt to showcase democratic ethos ingrained in India since dawn of civilisation. It is an evidence based account of origin of democracy in India, authored by 30 authors.
