UP Minister praises PM Modi, calls him incarnation of Almighty

Hardoi (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 27 (ANI): While addressing a public gathering in Hardoi, MoS Panchayati Raj of Uttar Pradesh, Upendra Tiwari on October 26 praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and called him an incarnation of the Almighty. “Narendra Bhai Modi is no ordinary person. He is an incarnation of the Almighty," said Tiwari.
