New Delhi, June 02 (ANI): Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri on June 2 said that the Model Tenancy Act would provide model for urban & rural properties & template both for residential & commercial properties. Union Min for Housing and Urban Affairs HS Puri said, “Model Tenancy Act provides model for urban and rural properties and template both for residential and commercial properties. Will apply to future transactions and take people from informal to specific contract arrangement between landlord and tenant.”
