MUMKIN scheme provides employment to youths in J&K

Kathua (J&K), July 22 (ANI): Under the MUMKIN scheme, unemployed youths received commercial vehicles. Deputy Commissioner of Kathua Rahul Yadav along with other officials handed over the keys to the beneficiaries. Over 20 beneficiaries received vehicles.
