Muzaffarpur govt officer becomes ray of hope for civil service aspirants from poor sections

Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Mar 22 (ANI): A government officer in Muzaffarpur became ray of hope for underprivileged students. SDO Anil Das teaches those who want to join civil services on every Sunday, free of cost. He said, "My effort is to guide students from remote areas who want to join civil services but can't afford coaching institutes' fees.”
