Navy Chief attends annual wreath laying ceremony at Shaheed Smarak

Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 22 (ANI): Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Karambir Singh attended annual wreath laying ceremony at Shaheed Smarak. He paid tribute to brave soldiers of the country. Speaking at the occasion, Naval chief said, “The initiative of Noida, Shaheed Smarak Sanstha is far more than the spirit and memory of these brave men alive. This memorial is a constant reminder to all of us of the true meaning of freedom. The fact that freedom is threatened, it has to be protected at a very great price. Memorials such as this are not brick and mortar.”
