NEP aims at promoting premium education at affordable cost: Foreign Secy

New Delhi, Nov 12 (ANI): Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla attended Diplomatic Conclave 2021 on November 12. While addressing at the conclave, he said that National Education Policy (NEP) aims at promoting premium education at affordable cost. “The National Education Policy aims to promoting India as a global destination for students by providing premium education at affordable cost. It provides International Universities to be set up in campuses in India, which can be a win for both students and educational sector at large. There will be greater avenues for international universities to export partnerships with Indian Universities to set up teachings, learning and research programs through micro-hubs,” said Foreign Secretary Shringla. “Over 50,000 students from 164 countries studying in India, we expect this number to increase in years to come,” added the Foreign Secretary.
