Nirbhaya’s mother accuses convicts’ lawyer AP Singh of misguiding court

New Delhi, Mar 02 (ANI): Supreme Court dismissed convict Pawan Kumar’s curative petition in 2012 Delhi gangrape case on March 02. The petition had sought commutation of his death penalty to life imprisonment. While reacting on this, Nirbhaya’s mother Asha Devi blamed convicts’ lawyer AP Singh for misguiding the court. Death warrants against all four convicts have been scheduled for March 03 in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case.
