No confirmed COVID-19 cases so far, close monitoring underway: Assam Health Minister

Guwahati (Assam), Mar 16 (ANI): Informing about no positive coronavirus cases, Himanta Biswa Sarma, Assam Health Minister stated that surveillance in the state has been increased following the scare. “We do not have any confirmed coronavirus cases as of now. We have started screening domestic passengers also at railway stations along with international passengers at airports. Nobody is quarantined or in isolation wards currently,” Assam’s Health Minister said.
