No Friday prayers at religious places in Srinagar amid lockdown

Srinagar, Apr 11 (ANI): The restriction on assembling of people to contain the spread of coronavirus continued in Srinagar. People refrained themselves from offering Friday Namaz at religious places in the valley amid the lockdown. Most of the mosques and shrines are closed since the imposition of nationwide lockdown to battle COVID-19. Local administration is regularly appealing to people to avoid public gatherings. The active cases of coronavirus in Jammu and Kashmir jumped to 184.
