North-East Delhi violence: Police registered 11 FIRs in different incidents

New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Delhi Police have registered 11 FIRs and few have been detained in different incidents of violence in North-East Delhi. Delhi Police also denied any deficiency of police force. While addressing the press conference, Delhi Police’s Public Relation Officer (PRO) MS Randhawa said, “I deny that there is any deficiency of police force. Sufficient forces have been deployed in the North-East district. CRPF, RAF and additional resources of Delhi Police are also active. 11 FIRs have been registered and few have been detained”. On being asked about ‘if police filled any FIR against BJP leader Kapil Mishra for his speech over anti-CAA protests, the officer replied that the investigation is going on. Few hours before the clashes broke out, the BJP's Kapil Mishra gave an “ultimatum” to the Delhi police to clear the roads in the area or else, he said, they would have to hit the streets.
