Bhubaneswar (Odisha), June 23 (ANI): Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on June 23 watched live telecast of Jagannath Rath Yatra from his Bhubaneswar office. He also released special Ratha Jatra issue of Utkal Prasanga, a magazine of the state government.
