Mar 01, 2020

New Delhi, Mar 01 (ANI): Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Arjun Ram Meghwal reacted over opposition’s demand of debate over Delhi violence in Parliament session (March 02). He said that there should be a debate over the issue but opposition should not play politics over Delhi violence in the session. “Opposition members are giving notices to raise the issue of Delhi violence in the Parliament session starting tomorrow (March 02). There should be a debate on how we can ensure that this doesn't happen again. But opposition should not play politics,” said Meghwal. Over 40 people lost their lives in Northeast Delhi violence. The violence broke out between new citizenship law’s supporters and people who were against it, but later turned communal.
