New Delhi, Oct 15 (ANI): PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the 'Bhoomi Poojan' ceremony of Hostel Phase-1 (Boys’ Hostel), via video conferencing on October 15. The hostel is being constructed by Saurashtra Patel Seva Samaj in Surat.
