PM Modi’s Italy visit to take forward bi-lateral relations: Ambassador Neena Malhotra

Rome (Italy), Oct 28 (ANI): Indian Ambassador to Italy Neena Malhotra on October 28 said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Rome is going to be the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister in almost over 12 years. “Honourable Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Italy beginning tomorrow, is going to be his first visit to Rome after resuming office. This is also going to be the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Rome in almost over 12 years. Though the visit is primarily for G20 Leaders’ Summit under Italian Presidency…The relationship between two countries have enhanced further after the virtual summit that we have between the two PMs,” said Neena Malhotra to ANI. She added, “This visit by PM Modi provides tremendous opportunity to take forward the momentum that has gathered in the last few years- both in bilateral context and in the context of our shared global responsibility.”
