Police registered suo moto case under section 124A, 153A&B: DCP Bengaluru (West)

Bengaluru, Feb 21 (ANI): Speaking to mediapersons, DCP Bengaluru (west) B Ramesh said that Police registered suo moto case under section 124A, 153A and B. “We have registered a suo moto case u/s 124A (sedition), 153A&B (promoting enmity between different groups, and imputations, assertions prejudicial to national integration). Once formalities are completed we will produce Amulya before judicial magistrate,” said DCP Bengaluru (West).
