New Delhi, Sep 28 (ANI): Posters put up by Congress workers outside party headquarters in Delhi on September 28 welcoming Kanhaiya Kumar. Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Kanhaiya Kumar is likely to join Congress Party later in the day. Gujarat MLA Jignesh Mevani will also join Congress party today.
