Preparations in full swing at Asia’s largest tulip garden in Srinagar to mesmerize victors

Srinagar, March 20 (ANI): The final touch-up is in full swing for the opening of the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, known as Siraj Bagh, in Srinagar. Dozens of workers, like gardeners, masons, painters, and electricians, are busy making the garden more beautiful under the supervision of floriculture officers. Every year, the department expanded the garden aimed to increase the quantities of flowers with a good number of varieties. This year, authorities increased the length of the water channel and installed beautiful lights to attract visitors, especially in the evening. Mainly, Holland is famous for tulips but tourists from all over the world prefer to visit Srinagar’s Siraj Bagh for its unique flowers. Notably, Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden is all set to open for public on March 23 and goes until the end of April 2024. Last year, more than three lakh seventy thousand tourists from different parts of the world visited the tulip garden. But this year, authorities expect more than four lakh visitors to visit the tulip garden and enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of the tulip garden.
