Punjab University creates WhatsApp group to ease online study amid lockdown

Chandigarh (Haryana), Apr 29 (ANI): Punjab University started giving online classes to the students in prevailing situation of COVID-19 outbreak. However, as students are facing hardships due to low internet connection in online interactive sessions, the university has created a group on the messaging app –WhatsApp – for different subjects. University students can also send their queries in the group or individually. There is no time-frame for students to raise any query. Chairman of University’s Advisory Committee, Naveen Goel said, “We are hopeful that we’ll finish the syllabus timely.”
