Rajasthan's public health model is unique in the country: CM Gehlot

Jaipur (Rajasthan), 20 April (ANI): Oath taking ceremony of newly-appointed doctors was organised at Rajasthan International Center in Jaipur. In this, the oath was administered to 1,763 newly appointed doctors. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also participated in this program. On this occasion, he said that the public health model of Rajasthan is unique in the country. The government has implemented the Right to Health Act for the residents of the state. Right to Health is being praised in the country. The general public is feeling safe with the facility of free treatment of Rs 25 lakh under the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme including free OPD-IPD and investigation. During this program, the Chief Minister also inaugurated the Raj Health Portal. This portal will work as an e-office of the Medical and Health Department. This will go a long way in quick and transparent redressal of the problems of the common man. Apart from this, he also released the poster of 'Rajasthan Model of Public Health' and the brochure of the portal.
