Religious places in Rajasthan reopen from today

Ajmer (Rajasthan), June 28 (ANI): Religious places in Rajasthan reopened with restrictions for people on June 28, months after it was closed due to COVID-19. Movement of devotees is allowed from 5am-4pm only after people associated with religious places get at least the first dose of the COVID vaccine. As per the new guidelines, devotees cannot carry flowers, garlands, Prasad, chadar and other worship materials in religious places. Devotees arrived at Ajmer Sharif Dargah to offer prayers. They were seen offering prayers at Pushkar's Brahma Temple too. "We have come here from Prayagraj & were disappointed to see the temple shut till yesterday. After the govt's announcement, we visited the temple & we are happy," a devotee Vandana Gupta said.
