River water enters houses in Hooghly, Army rescues 20 people

Hooghly (WB), Aug 02 (ANI): Army personnel rescued 20 people who were stranded in the Arambagh area of Hooghly district in West Bengal. Water from overflowing river entered in houses following incessant rainfall.
