Rural Delhi suffers due to lack of proper medical facilities amidst COVID wave

New Delhi, May 17 (ANI): Amid the unprecedented COVID wave, Nizampur residents in national capital are undergoing difficulties. They claimed lack of proper medical facilities in their village is causing trouble. One of the locals said, “There is only one dispensary for 5 villages. Their testing rate is very slow. People are using traditional ways for self-treatments due to no nearby hospital.” Another villager said, “20-25 deaths have occurred due to COVID. There is only one dispensary and several villagers from nearby villages share it. We are not being able to get medicines.”
