Russian citizens cast votes for State Duma of Russia's Federal Assembly in Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Sept 12 (ANI): Russian citizens in Thiruvananthapuram and other parts of the district cast their votes for elections of deputies to the State Duma of Russia's Federal Assembly on September 11. A Voting booth was set up at Honorary Consulate of Russian Federation. Sergey Lagutin, Consul, Russian consulate in Chennai said, “It's the legislative body of our country. The main day of the election is scheduled on September 19. It is generally held in Chennai. But due to COVID, we decided to hold several preliminary voting campaigns in different states”.
