School children in Siliguri portray communal harmony though their art

Siliguri (WB), Feb 24 (ANI): Ingrained with rich values and various beliefs, India is known for its diverse religions and unique traditions. Showcasing this diversity and unity of India, a painting competition was organized in the Siliguri city of West Bengal where children from different backgrounds participated in the event and portrayed the culture and religions of India through their paintings. Take a look. With passing time, this sense of oneness has further emboldened among the citizens. The sense of unity could be very well witnessed in the new generation too. Highlighting this tradition of unity amidst diversity, a large number of children coming from diverse backgrounds took part in a sit and draw competition in the Siliguri city of West Bengal.
