‘Shramik Special’ train carrying migrant labourers from Nashik arrives in Bhopal

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), May 02 (ANI): A ‘Shramik Special’ train carrying migrant labourers arrived in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal amid lockdown. They reached at Bhopal’s Misrod Railway Station from Maharashtra’s Nashik on May 02. All passengers will be screened by health officials before departure to their respective hometowns in Madhya Pradesh. While speaking to ANI, the SDM of Bhopal said, “All passengers declared fit after health screening. They are now proceeding to their respective districts where they'll again undergo health screening.” There are total 2719 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Madhya Pradesh. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 25,148 with 1152 deaths in India.
