Shravan Begins: MP CM Mohan Yadav extends greetings, assures smooth arrangements for devotees

Ujjain ( Madhya Pradesh ) 30 July, 2026 : Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said "The holy month of Shravan begins today. I extend my heartfelt greetings to the people of the state, the country, and Ujjain. This is undoubtedly a very sacred month for us, during which we worship Lord Bhole Nath and dedicate the entire month to him. I have instructed the administration across all pilgrimage sites in the state to ensure that pilgrims face no inconvenience and that their needs are well catered to. The administration is making necessary arrangements along the routes used by Kanwariyas; we are doing everything possible to manage the pilgrimage for them. Large numbers of Kanwar pilgrims visit places like Omkareshwar and Mahakaleshwar, and the government is coordinating arrangements for darshan, drinking water, parking, and other facilities. I appeal to all devotees—since it is the rainy season, please carry appropriate clothing and take special care of children. I hope everyone will cooperate with the administration. All major festivals fall within these two months; the festive season of Navratri, Dussehra, and Diwali follows... I trust that all these aspects will be taken into account..."
