Special vaccination drive for mothers in Andhra Pradesh

Vijayawada (AP), June 20(ANI): Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic, where inoculation process has become need of the hour, special vaccination drive is underway for mothers of children aged below five in Andhra Pradesh’s Vijayawada. According to Director Public Health & Family Welfare of Andhra Pradesh, Dr Geetha Prasadini said, “In view of the possible 3rd wave, we want to vaccinate as many as mothers today. Up to yesterday we’ve covered 5.5 lakh mothers.”
