Specially-abled kids celebrate New Year with full fervour in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Jan 01 (ANI): Various specially-abled children celebrated New Year 2020 with full fervour in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar. Kids of ‘Chetana Institute for the Mentally Handicapped’ and ‘Chetana College of Special Education’ celebrated the day with full excitement and enthusiasm. Several kids were seen dancing and enjoying along with their mentors. Teachers distributed candies, toffees to the kids during the celebration. The event took place in RRL campus area in Bhubaneswar.
