‘Start of new era of Indian hockey’: CM Patnaik during video call to ‘men in blue’

Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Aug 05 (ANI): Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik, during a video call, congratulated the Men’s Indian hockey team after the team secured a bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympics. “The team performed brilliantly against a tough opponent like Germany. Their hard work is inspiring even in the tough circumstances of pandemic. Hockey has brought together every Indian on the globe. This is the start of a new era of Indian hockey.”
