Tokyo Olympics: Families of women’s hockey players get emotional after team lost bronze

Sonipat (Haryana) / Shahbad (Haryana), Aug 05 (ANI): The Indian women’s hockey team in the bronze medal match in Tokyo Olympics. The families of women’s hockey players got emotional after team lost the medal to Great Britain. Hockey player Neha Goyal’s mother got emotional after the match. “Winning and losing is a part of the game. I am sure the team will win again,” said her mother teary-eyed. Indian women's hockey team captain Rani Rampal’s father also motivated the team. He said, “This is not a defeat but a win for the effort put in by the women's hockey team. Rani will be welcomed happily on her return. The women's hockey team will inspire many girls in future.”
