Total 2248 COVID-19 cases, 724 recovered in Delhi: Satyendar Jain

New Delhi, Apr 23(ANI): Delhi Health Minister, Satyendar Jain informed that so far Delhi has reported 2248 cases and 724 people have been recovered. “48 people have died, 24 are in ICU and 6 are on ventilators,” Health Minister added. Delhi Health Minister on a COVID-19 patient's allegation that LNJP hospital isn't admitting him for immediate treatment said that according to the guidelines issued by the central government, the state government has made 3 kinds of centres, COVID care centre, dedicated health centre, and dedicated hospital. He said that depending on the magnitude of the disease, you are admitted in the respective centres. “LNJP comes under dedicated hospital, which is for severe case patients,” Jain added.
