Traffic snarls in Delhi following downpour

New Delhi, July 27 (ANI): Heavy rainfall led to severe waterlogging in parts of Delhi on July 27. After downpour, streets were jam-packed with vehicles. Bumper-to-bumper traffic was witnessed on the major roads of Delhi.
