Trees uprooted, roads blocked after heavy rainfall in Shimla

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), July 28(ANI): Heavy rain and strong winds lashed parts of Himachal Pradesh, including capital Shimla. Many trees were uprooted and roads were blocked. Uprooted trees have also affected the electricity services at different locations. The restoration work is underway. "We received reports of uprooted trees in five locations. Electricity restored in 3 locations," said the electricity Dept Official.
