Umesh Pal murder: Another accused ‘Usman’ killed in police encounter in Prayagraj

In a major development in Umesh Pal murder case, another accused named Usman was shot down in encounter with UP Police. Vijay Chowdhary alias Usman was killed in encounter that took place in Kaundhiyara in Prayagraj on March 06. Usman was first person among multiple shooters who opened fire on Umesh Pal at the time of the incident. This development comes days after CM yogi said that the UP govt will destroy the mafia nexus in the state. Reacting to the encounter, UP Dy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya said that the remaining suspects will also be nabbed and punished.
