Unlock 4.0: Despite MHA's approval, temples yet to open in UP’s Kanpur

Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 21 (ANI): In the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, temples in Kanpur are yet to reopen for devotees despite Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) guidelines. Devotees offered prayers from outside the Baba Anandeshwar Mandir. People gathered at the large number to offer prayers. COVID guidelines were violated at the temple premises.
